Ask my family and they will tell you my favorite snack is popcorn! I eat it so much that I went out and bought a standing movie style popper.  It makes the perfect popcorn and I’m always looking for new recipes to try.  The other day I was reading the paper when I saw this recipe for Sticky Wing and Blue Cheese Popcorn (by Diane Rossen Worthington)…I knew I immediately had to try it.  How can you resist sticky wing sauce and blue cheese, they’re the perfect combination.  You can serve this for the big game, movie night or even a late night snack…it’s delicious!

Ingredients are as follows:

8 cups popped popcorn
6 Tbsp. Buffalo wing sauce
3 Tbsp. light corn syrup
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 C crumbled blue cheese

Directions: Preheat oven to 300 degrees; line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.

Pour the popcorn into a bowl, removing all the unpopped kernels; set aside.
